The course can be run from your workplace or a venue that we can organise for you. Individual bookings This course is designed to give a good basic knowledge of first aid. It qualifies an individual to HSE recommendations in a low risk environment. The course is run over one day and includes both theory and practical sessions. X Adventure trainers will promote a relaxed atmosphere, designed to boost a candidate's confidence. There isn’t a formal assessment during the course, however each trainer will give individual feedback regarding skills and progress throughout the day and award a 3 year certification on successful completion. The Emergency First Aid at Work One Day Course is designed for businesses within a low risk environment. This course covers first aid emergency skills and recognition of minor injuries and illnesses. This course is ideal for individuals who wish to gain knowledge of emergency procedures and attain a recognised qualification in First Aid.
